TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — THE ARABIAN INDUSTRY INT

Article 1 — Publisher and seller

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between:

and any natural person of legal age making a purchase on the website (hereinafter “the Customer”).

Article 2 — Acceptance of the T&Cs

Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The Customer declares having read these T&Cs before confirming their order.

Article 3 — Products

The products offered for sale are cosmetics and makeup accessories from The Arabian Industry Int™ range. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Les Profs Studio LTD undertakes that the products comply with their description.

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, the full list of ingredients (INCI) is shown on each product page and on the packaging.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. Les Profs Studio LTD reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the price in force when the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are shown separately and added to the order total before confirmation.

Article 5 — Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been received. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer upon receipt of payment. Les Profs Studio LTD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a payment dispute relating to a previous order.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made online using the secure payment methods offered on the website. The Customer is charged when the order is confirmed. The Customer’s bank details are encrypted and are not stored by Les Profs Studio LTD.

Article 7 — Delivery ✏️

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer when ordering. We deliver to France and to the countries of the European Union shown at checkout. Delivery times are given as an indication. Any damaged or non-compliant parcel should be reported as soon as possible after receipt to: contact@thearabianindustry.com

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal and returns policy

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic and hygiene products that have been unsealed (opened) by the Customer after delivery, for health protection and hygiene reasons.

Consequently:

🚫 No returns will be accepted for any cosmetic product whose packaging has been opened, unsealed or used, for whatever reason.

🚫 No exchange or refund will be made for a product that has been opened or whose seal has been removed.

✅ The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to products that are unopened and in their original, intact packaging, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. In this case, return costs are borne by the Customer.

✅ If a product is defective or does not match the order, please report it by email to contact@thearabianindustry.com, with photos. A replacement or refund will be provided after verification.

Article 9 — Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 10 — Liability

Les Profs Studio LTD cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the products. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the products are suitable for them by carefully reading the precautions for use and the list of ingredients. In the event of an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and consult a doctor.

Article 11 — Personal data

Personal data collected when placing an order is necessary for processing it and is not passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and erase their data by contacting: contact@thearabianindustry.com

Article 12 — Intellectual property

The Arabian Industry Int™ is a trade mark registered with the INPI. All content on the website is the exclusive property of Les Profs Studio LTD. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Article 13 — Mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the Customer may use the following mediator free of charge: CM2C (Centre de Médiation et de Consommation des Conciliateurs de Justice). Website: www.cm2c.net. Email: cm2c@cm2c.net

Article 14 — Applicable law ✏️

These T&Cs are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive consumers residing in another European Union country of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of France or of their country of residence.
